15 mil famílias perderam o benefício Bolsa Família, No Ceará.

Cerca de 15 mil famílias cearenses perderam o benefício do Programa Bolsa Família, neste mês, por não terem atualizado seus dados até 31 de dezembro, conforme indicado pelo Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social (MDS). Destas, apenas 5.276 moram em Fortaleza. O segundo município com o maior número de benefícios cancelados foi Caucaia, com 576 famílias, seguido de Maracanaú (390), Itapipoca (365), Tauá (334), Sobral (330), Pacajus (281), Crato (278), Beberibe (275) e Aquiraz (264 famílias).

 
Segundo a assessoria de imprensa do MDS, as famílias que tiveram seus benefícios cancelados podem voltar a recebê-los. No entanto, terão de iniciar todo o processo de cadastramento. Elas devem procurar o Centro de Referência ou à coordenação do programa no Município e começar tudo de novo.
Neste ano, no Brasil, mais 1,3 milhão de famílias precisam realizar a renovação dos cadastros. Foram cancelados 273.263 benefícios no pagamento de fevereiro, de um total de 1,1 milhão de famílias que precisaram passar pela revisão cadastral no ano passado.
Mudança de endereço ou de renda, localização da escola dos filhos para acompanhamento da frequência escolar são informações fundamentais para a transferência da renda, que atende a 12,9 milhões de famílias. Para continuar recebendo o benefício, além da atualização de dados, os beneficiários precisam manter os filhos na escola e a agenda de saúde em dia.
