Os Vereadores Gilmar Bastos (Presidente da Comissão dos Direitos Humanos e Minorias), Fredim e Fransquinha Ribeiro, foram impedidos pela direção da escola Joaquim Barreto Lima em Jaibaras de realizar uma fiscalização.

 Vamos apresentar uma denúncia no Ministério Público Estadual por conta da recusa da direção do ingresso dos Vereadores nas dependências da escola Joaquim Barreto.

 A nossa visita foi motivada pela reportagem da TV Verdes Mares que mostrou a utilização de água bruta captada diretamente do canal, para cozinhar a merenda escolar. Respondendo alguns comentários em sua página o

Vereador Gilmar Da Cruz Bastos ainda diz.Uma vez nós fomos fiscalizar a ETA do Sumaré e tinha uma ordem para não permitir o nosso ingresso.

Entramos imediatamente em contato com o Ministério Público que acionou a Polícia militar para garantir o nosso trabalho.

Neste caso como a merenda escolar é verba federal e nós estamos sem PF em Sobral, vamos aguardar o apoio da Procuradoria da República.
