Governo doa terreno em Sobral para construção, de um Centro Educação Profissional e Assistência Técnica Rural.

Centro de Excelência em educação profissional será lançado nesta sexta, em Dourados

O Governo do Estado do Ceará Cid Ferreira Gomes doou um terreno, situado na Avenida John Sanford, nº 3595, Bairro José Euclides Ferreira Gomes, no Município de Sobral.

Este imóvel até então pertencia a uma antiga fábrica de óleo que no Século passado serviu a população sobralense. Segundo o termo de doação assinado no início deste mês de dezembro, servirá para instalação do Centro de Excelência em Educação Profissional e Assistência Técnica Rural.

No artigo 2º do documento diz que a doação do imóvel do Estado, subordinada à existência de interesse público devidamente justificado a ser doado ao Município de Sobral será destinado à instalação do Centro de Excelência em Educação Profissional e Assistência Técnica Rural.

O documento explica que o imóvel doado não poderá ser alienado, onerado ou constituído em direito real pelo donatário. As custas e os emolumentos necessários para a doação do imóvel ao patrimônio do doador correrão por conta do donatário.
