Evento promovido pela Prefeitura teve show da Banda Biquíni Cavadão.


Cerca de 10 mil pessoas participaram da Virada do Ano na Margem Esquerda, em festa promovida pela Prefeitura de Sobral.
A festa de Final de Ano em Sobral, promovida pela Prefeitura na noite de Réveillon, reuniu cerca de 10 mil pessoas na Margem Esquerda, segundo estimativa da Secretaria da Cidadania e Segurança do Município.

A festa teve como atrações os shows da banda sobralense Outras Frequências e da Banda Biquíni Cavadão, além da tradicional queima de fogos de artifício, que saudou 2015 com show pirotécnico iluminando o céu e o espelho d’água do Rio Acaraú.

Banda Biquíni Cavadão foi atração principal do Réveillon de Sobral, no dia 31 de dezembro de 2014, na Margem Esquerda.
Banda Outras Freqências, formada por sobralenses fez a abertura da Festa do Réveillon 2014, na Margem Esquerda, em Sobral.

Organizado pela Secretaria da Cultura e do Turismo do Município, o evento reúne anualmente centenas de pessoas de Sobral e municípios vizinhos e conta com infraestrutura de segurança e serviço de saúde de emergência.


Um efetivo de 60 guardas municipais; 70 policiais militares e civis e do Ronda do Quarteirão e, ainda, do Corpo de Bombeiros, trabalharam no evento. Equipes do SAMU e fiscais da Secretaria de Urbanismo, Patrimônio e Meio Ambiente e da Vigilância Sanitária, também participaram do evento na Margem Esquerda.
