Icó 003A Polícia Civil da cidade de Icó (375Km de Fortaleza) deverá indiciar em inquérito três jovens que teriam abusado de uma mulher portadora de distúrbios mentais e usuária de drogas. O caso ocorreu no último fim de semana e chocou a população, além de ganhar dimensão em todo o estado, pois os acusados filmaram as cenas do crime e postaram em redes sociais.

O caso ocorreu na madrugada do último domingo. Os rapazes teriam saído de uma festa e, ainda bêbados, se dirigiram à Rodoviária da cidade, onde encontraram a vítima, uma mulher de aproximadamente 50 anos. Nas cenas postadas pelos próprios acusados, um deles é visto abusando da mulher, que chega a ficar deitada no chão do terminal. Já era manhã e o fato pode ter sido presenciado por várias pessoas que, diariamente, transitam pelo terminal de embarque e desembarque de passageiros de ônibus intermunicipais e interestaduais. O delegado-regional de Icó, Marcos Sandro Lira Nazaré, já teve acesso às imagens e decidiu pela abertura de inquérito policial. Os três homens já foram identificados e poderão responder pelo crime de estupro a vulnerável, já que a vítima é portadora de doença mental.

Os acusados foram identificados na última segunda-feira e serão chamados a depor nas próximas horas. O delegado informou que a mulher vem sendo acompanhada por profissionais do Centro de Apoio Psicossocial (CAPs) de Icó.
